DO ALARM CLOCKS ACTUALLY MAKE YOU FEEL MORE TIRED?

This morning was one of those “keep setting my phone timer for 10 minutes” kind of morning. Every time it went off, I looked at it and thought, “Ugh…to get up or not to get up?”

If anything, I was getting more tired with each timer buzz. Starting off the day with procrastination.
